Cancellation Policy
Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo & Cash payments are the only form of payments currently accepted. Credit card information is required at the time of booking and will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours.
There is a 15 minute grace period, anything exceeding this will result in cancellation of the service and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. Please notify me if you are running late.
Please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Same day cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked and will no longer be allowed to book.
All deposits & cancellation fees are non-refundable and will not be applied towards future services. Processing fees will apply for debit/credit card services.
It is your responsibility to review and accept the consent form provided via email. In the event no response is recorded, you show you agree to the terms of the consent form by completing your service.
